I'm still new to magic, but this is my main deck. I really like the White themed cards. I originally wanted to build a warrior/soldier/angel deck. As you can see I've done so many changes that it looks nothing like what I originally planned, but overall I'm happy with it so far. I mostly play in matches with multiple opponents and have yet to really try it in a 1 on 1 match.
The main focus is is to gain life, and use that to power up my creatures. It's focused on Ajani's Pridemate and Phalanx leader. Whenever I cast spells on Phalanx leader, all creatures get +1/+1 tokens. In addition, whenever I gain life, Ajani's Pridemate gets counters. I have cards that I can use to gain life every turn. Abzan Battlepriest and Abzan Falconer are tossed in to give my creatures with a +1/+1 counter flying and lifelink. The result is me flying over my opponents defenses and gaining life. Hopefully I can gain enough life that I don't have to worry too much about leaving blockers. I'm a cautious player and like to be prepared for all contingencies, so I have a few counter cards in my deck, but they still play into my overall strategy.
