Half of the deck are rat creatures. Each time you play Karumonix, The Rat King you will on average fill your hand with 2-3 new rats. Enchantments like Oversold Cemetary and Palace Seige bring Karumonix and other rats to hand from the graveyard. Mikaeus, The Unhallowed helps keep Karumonix on the battlefield for a poison win. Champion of Lost Souls can sacrifice rat tokens from Ogre Slumlord to pull creatures out of the graveyard and back into the battlefield. Meathook Massacre gives extra value to the many low power creatures.
