This looks pretty nice. The only thing I would do different is remove the 3xOrzhov charms, the essence scatter, negate, x2 think twice and put runechanter pike's (x4), forbiden alchemy (x2or3), 1 more dissipate or land. And if you don't like the x4 rune pike idea, maybe unsummons or rapid hybridzation(removing the same stuff from above), while keeping your x2 think twice. I would still replace the negate and essence scatter with either syncopate or dissipate. That's my thoughts, Good luck! Looks nice.
