Deck Description

ATTENTION PLEASE:
THIS IS ONLY FOR FUN THIS DECK WILL SEE NO TOURNAMENT PLAY

ok so i like luminarch especially when you get it out on turn 2 it's killer
but i wanted some more flying token shit
so i made something

i removed the counterbalance and sensei's devining top soft lock cause i felt early defence+flyers would fit better so i tested...
the wall of denial and plumeveil shut down early aggro while being flyers that make you drop a at least 3 3 pride of the clouds.
emeria poops tokens, magus shuts down aggro completely
ghostly prison helps with that

luminarch is just big big fun with pride pride can become 88 while having 4 or 5 other angels crushing the opponent
clockspining can make you win a turn with lumi
90% of the time i drop lumi on turn 2 and taht's deadly
rout is to clear the field if the opponent is faster than you , after all your creatures aren't that important if luminarch is active
spectral+ pride is kickass too

so enjoy

THIS ISNT FINISHED YET

I like it! Have you looked into Soulcatcher/Soulcatcher's Aerie? Nice and cheap (2 drop) and pump up pretty quick. Kangee might also help. Of course, they really only work well with Pride of the Clouds.

as i commented on my deck i havent seen this one here before just now and again i can only apologize. my deck was the result of me going through a bunch of my older cards and i was pretty happy with it after playing for a long time with the fogversions of luminarch ascension. i felt really good the moment i posted it and the deck looked pretty funny to me. i duno how it happened but u have to know i havent logged in for a while and yesterday i felt like i should post this one here just because it looked so nice to me.

so as i already posted on my deck: sorry but it really was an honest mistake without any intention to copy anybody.

on a sidenote: now that i see your deck i love Magus of the Moat and the Gargoyle Castles ;). if i had seen this deck before making mine i would have suggested muddle the mixture and isperia here.

I like the deck, clockspinning is a nice touch, I will use that one :).
I would not say rout is a budget version of Wrath, rout can be the better spell in draw go decks.
I would decrease the number of nimbus mazes as they can screw you early on and you have a lot of non basic lands. If you play Arcane Denial instead of Counterspell your mana base will be so much easier to fine tune, that and arcane denial is one of the best counters out there if used well.

As for doomdirk's deck, don't jump to conclusions that fast. They have simularities but they are clearly different decks. Both have nice picks. Besides, there's nothing wrong with improving existing decks, it's the foundation of progress.

thanx for th ecomment and it was just bizar he made a deck with luminarch, spectral procession, plumeveil , eeria and pride
it's th esame idea and same gameplay but it's ok i talked to him
and yees improvement is the foundation of progress but you hav eto mention the original owner orf the idea.
nimbus maze never caused any problems to me
really i allways have the color i need and i have been rarely hit by th eterrible problem called color screw

so fo r me it is fine^^
and i will look around for arcane denial
thanx for the suggestions
