The Sun Titan is not needed. You don't have many creatures with 3 or less mana. I'd take him out and the Argentum Armor and put in 2 more oblivion ring and 2 more low cost equipments. Otherwise it's a cool knight deck.

I would omit: Echo Circlet, stealthsuit, foresee, and sleep immediately...they are all pretty bad. I'd run: *Quick Edit* 2x Stormtide 3x Owl 3x Aether Adept 3x Guard Gomazoa 4x Ponder 4x Turn aside 4x Mana Leak 4x Tome Scour 3x Traumatize 3x Diminish 2x Negate 2x Jace's Erasure 1x Keening Stone 22x Island =60 cards (decent control deck that mills with the added benefit of the Stormtide beasty
Looks like a really neat deck. I just don't understand why caged sun is in there. I don't think it really belongs. You have so much land and fetch lands that it is unnecessary. I'd replace those with a couple of counterspells or Birds of Paradise.
