Yeah, after Wizards designed "Brawl" (which is 60-card singleton but only with standard cards), as a way of helping newer players play both commander and/or standard, the EDH community ran with the idea. You run a Planeswalker as your "oathbreaker" and they have a "signature spell" that you can cast from the command zone while you have your Oathbreaker on the field. As your spell resolves, it goes back to the command zone just like a commander would, and is affected by commander tax. So in this case, I have to have Sorin on the field, and then I can cast Anguished just as if it were in my hand. The second time i cast it, though it costs 5, then 7, then 9.

The format is played largely in 4-player free for all, like commander, and life-totals are 20 life.

Looks like a good strong deck idea. I feel like there are a lot of mid-late game cards (Ex: 14 cards that are 7+ cmc. That means almost 1 in every 5 cards you will not be able to play until after turn 7 assuming you never miss a land drop), so be careful there. Try and limit the number of cards like that. I find that generating small but effective advantage per card but over the whole course of the game with some big hitters to close the end game out works more effectively.

Things i don't like:
behold the beyond: A huge effect but completely useless except in the very late game when you have nothing left. or are looking for a combo to end the game. More smaller draw spells will filter through your deck quicker causing the same effect, but are also useless in the early game. Especially considering you're running blue.....

Medomai: it doesn't look like there are a lot of ways to create unblockable which means this is a 6 drop that will see removal immediately if they have it, and if they don't will get chump blocked for days or simply blocked and killed since its only a 4/4.

A few other things that don't seem to quite pull their weight, but those are the only glaring ones.

Things that seem to be missing:
No sad bot
not enough straight up draw especially since you are running the three biggest colors for that anyways.
Not enough direct removal. Its important to have an abundance of ways of going "thats not there", especially considering you will be dealing with creatures and permanents from two players and with no removal help from your team mates because of reach. Consider cards like oblation, hero's downfall, stasis snare, Anguished unmaking, ashen rider, oblivion ring, vindicate, doomblade, or go for the throat.
and it seems to be lacking ways of making more zombie tokens. No ways of doubling tokens, or making more tokens when you make tokens, or anything like that.

The deck runs beautifully like this, simply because its uncommon you will ever have any use for 4 or 5 lands on the field. Anything more and you just end up discarding them for triggers.

Looking good, but i do have some card suggestions.

I don't see a dictate of erebos or a butcher of malakir. Effects like that make sac chains where your triggers will cause your opponents to sac more than you, so rather than trading one-one you get two for one or better. In addition, you don't seem to be running many creatures so i would be worried you would run out of sac fodder too quickly.

Also, including nicol bolas and/or cruel ultimatum can afford some strong return and sac power.

Lastly, tainted aether might be a fair play for the deck, since you have limited creature generation and would destroy token and rapid growth decks. In addition, that in combo with the cards mentioned above may help get rid of some pesky problems on your opponent's side of the field.

The added sac power would help you to not need as many kill spells, letting you bulk up more on the creatures and enchantments.

Not sure if this is supposed to be an EDH deck or not, if it is, you're heavy a card since it needs to be a 99 card deck with a commander (commander being your 100th card). In addition, if Thraxy is your commander, he only has color identity Blue, Red, Black. So the green stuff in here doesn't fit. Just thought i'd through those suggestions your way.
