Need help fine tuning this deck for a standard tournament. Just to clarify Im trying to mill myself with this deck. The object of this deck is to get Unbreathing Hordes huge or winning off of Laboratory Maniac's ability. I usually can get threw my deck by turn 5 or 6. -2 Deranged Assistant -2 Call to the Grave -3 Increasing Confusion -2 Increasing Ambition +2 Zombie Apocalypse

No Undead Alchemist? I think that the Undead Alchemist would work really well in this deck, possibly dropping the increasing ambitions (really expensive) for a couple copies of the Undead Alchemist.

Yea... you NEED Undead Alchemist if you would like to mill. Card I also recommend would be, Curse of the Bloody Tome and Dream Twist.
Just to clarify Im trying to mill myself with this deck, by doing so Im making my Unbreathing Hordes stronger because of all the zombies that are in my graveyard. If I mill a unbreathing horde or a grimgrin I can get it back with ghoulcaller's chant. I have vengeful pharaoh in here for his abilty from the graveyard. Increasing Ambitions are in here for there deck searching abilities they also have flashback, with a deck this large its good to have a couple cards that will allow you to search your deck for the best card for your situation.
