So you hate playing Magic? You hate everyone else playing Magic with you? You hate your friends on a level that has nothing to do with Magic? Play Stasis... only don't just play it... be it. You are a road block to all fun. You are the oncoming storm of inaction!
Turn two Stasis. Simply. Don't ever take a draw that doesn't have at least one and an island. Maybe you drop a Crab, maybe you Ponder. You're gonna get a chance to counter a spell and pick some islands back up. Later on when you want to play something, rescue your Stasis on the end of their turn, untap, play your crap and Stasis. Draw and mill, play lands and mill. Watch your friend look longingly at the hand they can never play. Key to this, and a mistake I make for multiple reasons (mostly because I never play this deck as it really is a terrible screw to other players)... The 0 cost stuff is not for you to play, it's for you to counter to pick your lands back up. This is absolutely vital. The way around this deck for opponents is to either play nothing and wait you out until you can't feed Stasis or to make you run through all your counters to get _something_ to stick on the board. If they cast a bunch of stuff, as long as you still have Stasis, whatever. If they play nothing, you are obligated to counter your own 0-cost artifacts. They provide some utility. Tormod's only if they've proved you they can cycle the graveyard. Otherwise this is a self-contained engine for furthering stasis until you get Forsaken City.If you can get a Howling Mine out with Stasis... it's really hand to lose if you're smart in protecting stasis. Which you have to do at all costs. You're going to win either by milling or breaking your opponent's will.
