Deck Description

Sacrifice your own creatures for a massive benefit!

Thatcher revolt can swing in for 3, and also trigger all those abilities 3 times, plus, after your attack phase, before they get naturally destroyed, if they are still alive, they can be sac-fodder for bloodflow connoisseur.

If your opponent is able to come up with a massive army, cast killing wave, tap out your mana, and let them do all the work for you! They can try to save everything, and nearly die, or they can let it all die, then let blood artist do it's dirty work. If they can find a way to keep their creatures or not die, then let your own creatures go to take them down.

Desecration demon can really do some damage here. If your opponent tries to pin him down, it helps you in 4 ways. He gets stronger, they lose life, you gain life, and they lose a creature in the process.
If they don't, you get to swing in with a 6/6 flyer by turn 5. Still a win-win

Geralf, butcher, and demonlord can all be sac-fodder, plus geralf and demonlord have their own unique abilites that can be triggered on demand with bloodflow connoisseur.
Plus they all get to come back a second time to have a little more fun.

In general, with this deck, it's okay if everything dies... Hell, it's encouraged!

How to Play

Vexing devil and Mogis are only sideboarded and not in the deck due to cost and availability

Deck discussion for Slaughterhouse

Hmm, Rakdos is cool, but he really only helps you get out Harvester of Souls. Maybe consider Havengul Vampire, he gets a +1/+1 every time a creature dies. I did a deck like this as well and am curious to see what you think of it (it's named after the Avacyn Restored pre con, not your deck). http://www.mtgvault.com/cfatt/decks/slaughterhouse-redux/

For me, Rakdos is really there more for the 6/6 flying-trample, the other effect is just bonus lol
