Burn: to kill your opponent with direct damage. Beatdown: kill your opponent with either a lot of cheap creatures, or a few big creatures. So how bout a deck that kills your opponent with a lot of BIG, cheap, creatures that attack directly? For less than 15 bucks? Substitute the T. Elemental's and Rhox's with Flaring Flame-kin, and the Argothian Enchantress' with yavamiya enchantress and the Beastmaster's Ascension and you should be able to pick this deck up at your local card shop for under 15 bucks, easy!

looks solid. id only suggest adding two more lands and maybe getting rid of the joiner for something else that does damage. i see your going for the enchantment thing so i wont recommend replacing those with anything else, but i would suggest making a sideboard that includes the instant equivalents of those cards (shock or better yet lightning bolt, naturilze, giant growth, etc) just in case you play a deck that is stacked with permanent removal. other than that, +1. i love budget decks! : )
