dont add black just to use blightning althought its good its not worth splashing black

I disagree; blightning is a tremendous card that can cause serious havoc on ur opponents' chances; since u added black maybe add Duress or the other, INquisition of Kozilek also consider Pyroclasm
If i was you, going for RDW with a splash of B, I would add Terminate for spot removal. Also think about Grim Discovery, lets you recover your Ball Lightnings and a Fetch Land.
