I personally cant get a very good hand with this deck and it hardly beats the more skilled players at my locals. Please leave suggestions.
This deck is basically supposed to run fast. Haste supports a fast win, along with the enchantments; but it ends up losing momentum in late game when the opponent pull out high levels and planeswalkers. I'm trying to get suggestions down to about $10, due to the fact that i'm young and can't get hired anywhere.

first off, without even looking at anything else, you should get a playset of the scry lands Temple of Triumph, as well as the shock lands, Sacred Foundry, Martial glory is an OK card, however I would drop them for more Boros charm. Boros charm is a better tool box for the same mana cost, and can effect all of your creatures defensively. I would remove the 3x Ordeal and put in 3 more Chained as well, if you are trying to be hasty for the win, you want creature removal, also you're gonna want more consistency with your creatures, 1 here 1 there 2 here 3 there, doesn't give you any sort of consistency of knowing what you're going to draw. I would try and balance out the creatures a little better throw in creatures that have good cohesion with each-other as well as with your deck's theme, also look into Legion Loyalist. He does a lot of work for only 1 red. Also the Viashino, i'm not sure if your putting him in for the haste or the temporary buff, but i'd look at replacing him with Chandra's Phoenix, it has haste, flying, and can be recovered.
All fair comments, about the land Elteyr is 100% right, they are so important. What he also outlined is the R/W version of the deck. I'd like to propose the W/R version, it is pretty much mono white splashing for boros charm and in my opinion it is stronger. The 1 drops consist of Boros Elite, Soldier of the Pantheon and Dryad militant or Judge's Familiar (I found the familiar is stronger as it counters stuff but Dryad is fair enough) then at 2 drop you'd be needing Precinct Captain, Imposing Sovereign and Daring Skyjek. At 3 it is spear of heliod and Frontline medic and banisher priest. Finally Brave the Elements is a must it is just so powerful esecially when mono devotion is some of the best decks out there.
