i'm a bit out of practice but i know there are more effective mill cards out there too, like traumatize. i used to really love getting burned by that one back in the day. =D

it would be best to cut down to 60 cards as well as get rid of most of the 1-ofs. if you have x4 of a card, it will come up more often (1/15 chance) and so you can get your win condition more frequently. for example, say you were waiting for your 1 grey merchant out of your 123 card deck, thats a very very low % chance of happening.
maybe you could work in megrim/liliana's caress to go with the discards

polymorphmous rush then, if you want the biovisionary win? corpsejack just works really well with biomancer, cuz the +2 it gives gets doubled, quadrupled, etc. it gets crazy fun sometimes.
add black for corpsejack!
what about wayfaring temple or crusader of odric? or some populate?

Elspeth doesn't really seem like she fits here. im not sure why she is there in the first place, when Ajani seems so much better for it.
you should add something to give haste so you can win first turn too
