seems a little creature light, since phenax needs creatures for his ability. wall of frost might be good to try to fit in here. the 7 toughness is great for him, and the no untapping will help with aggro. the UU will help devotion too. idk, just tossing it out there.
it would be pretty easy to win with a felidar sovereign too, no?
farseek can pull the shocks too.. i miss that card in standard

dwarves had some tribal stuff a looooooooooooooooooooooooooong time ago. theyre overdue for a re-entry. as for the deck itself, i actually lol'd at the 'moooooooooooo' deck tag.
i was just gonna suggest pro black too. my friend used to use cemetery gates from homelands for that, but whatever works. i was gonna suggest cop black, but that other enchantment you have is definitely better.

i cant say i thought a deck like this would be possible with red... lol. my friend made a blue deck around the psychosis crawler and consecrated sphinx, so that every time i drew a card, he would draw 2, and the crawler punched my face

i had a similar idea awhile ago. i threw in door to nothingness as a funny alternate wincon from the axebane. i just also had something to untap him like savage surge i think, so you could tap him twice in a round and only need 5 defenders for activate the door.
