Switch out hammer of ruin for Piston sledge. Hammer of ruin is more of a situational thing like if your opponent has plent of equipment. You should look into the swords (sword of feast and famine and sword of body and mind). Basilisk collar always good. With the duelist, there are zero casting equipment like Accorder's Shield. Equipped creature gets +0/+3 and vigilance. Equip 3 you will also need some sort of control. You may have attackers but if there are blockers ... I would say pacifism and arrest. Those will turn those pesky blockers into glorified statues that you can run right by. There is also an enchantment called True Conviction. Creatures you control gain doublestrike and lifelink. The perimiter captain/warmongers chariot combo is good. Have you play-tested your deck yet?
