Yes, but it's fairly expensive to cast, and ætherize doesn't target them. If you counter the spell, then it doesn't matter anyways. Even if you bounce creatures back to their hand, then you most likely could just counter them or cast a bigger creature by the time they cast it again.essentially, unless they add more removal, dismiss into dream is pointless. And removal usually means it removes the card already, so the enchantment would seem pointless in his situation.
Nice! You should put some Dimir charms in sideboard and maybe add pilfered plans to it too. It seems bad at first, but drawing two cards and milling them two(more of a bonus) is just a specialized divination

Mana leak is one of the best cheap(money-wise) counterspells in modern.definitely add them.Also, you might want to try arm with æther or vapor snag. Maybe jace's phantasm if you add enough counter spells and other removal, like rapid hybridization.most of these creatures tend to be able to go toe-to-toe or top the token made by it, especially with Lord of the unreal.

Yes, but why not include more ætherlings and tromokratises(at least one of each) to find them more often when you draw? It seems to just hold off for longer than necessary.why not just put elite arcanists in there with silences? This deck is good, but it seems like a pimped out frame waiting for a winning picture
