I really like this deck! I would consider some Dreadbore's if that's an option, consider running 2 more Vexing Devils, and potentially even some Hellriders. Maybe some Murders and Tragic Slips as well to help clear the board. I would also move the Rakdos Charm's to the sideboard as well as add Slaughter Games to the sideboard. Maybe add deviant glee? It's a good turn 2 with Cackler so you can have a 4/3 with possible trample.
