Not sure if your going for a Type 2 Standard deck but if you are, Battle Grace, Predict, Rune Snag, and Ponder, are not legal. 2 of these cards can be easily replaced, Battle Grace for Baneslayer Angel, and Ponder for Preordain. Predict can be replaced with Treasure Hunt; they are very similar. And Summoner's Bane can be with negate; although they are not the same, negate is almost an auto include in UW control. These replacements will make the deck legal, but it doesn't make it great. Adding Day of Judgment, Condemn, Frost Titan, Wurmcoil Engine, maybe Sun Titan if you have enough permanents under 4 mana, and Planeswalkers( in particular Jace, The Mind Sculptor) will help out emensely. Calcite Snapper would definitly be the first card I would take out after replacing the illegal cards. Your deck has a strong base, but adding these cards will really make it a force to be reckon with. Believe me, I know some of these cards are very expensive, but if you are looking to compete, save some money and research some similar decks. Good Luck
