Use Mind Sculpt and Dream Twist to get rid of up to 40 of the opponent's cards.Enchant opponent with Curse of the Bloody Tome so that they lose up to 8 cards every turn.Use Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds to fetch enough Islands for Dreadwaters to have maximum impact.Tap Vedalken Entrancer to get rid of 2 of the opponent's cards, then use Niblis of the Breath to untap it so it and Jace's Phantasm can act as shields for Jace Beleren(whom you should get to 10 loyalty points so that he gets rid of 20 of the opponent's cards) and yourself.Use Dissipate, Essence Scatter, and negate to prevent your opponent from summoning cards that could foil your plan.

swap jace and terramorphic expanse for the standard versions and this is a pretty good standard deck.

i don't understand the SAC: land search cards. Why don't you take those out and just put in 8 more islands.... that way any time you would have drawn a "SAC:SEARCH FOR A LAND AND PUT IT OUT TAPPED" you get an untapped island that you can use that turn.
he has a valid point actually. If you're only running blue there is no point in land sac cards.
