Moldy Golgari graveyard synergy at first glance. Heavy focus on sacrificing and +1/+1 token proliferation. This is a first attempt at building around a particular Golgari creature; Varolz in this case. The focus is a bit too weak in this rendition but the point is to benefit from Scavenge from an already inflated graveyard. Lastly, the control aspects have been refocused to be proactive; eliminating potential later stifling of the aggro that comes with the the allotted +1/+1 counters and Scavenge creatures available. Well that's the idea. Please offer your opinions. Budget!!

Chosen to avoid the costs of Bloodghast and Gravecrawler. 1 Desecration Demon - Threatening enough for the opponent to self induce more potential aggro stifling later. Cheap enough to play and powerful enough to be decent for Scavenging for.2 Golgari Thug - Would appreciate an alternative suggestion. High creature volume is useful for the deck but aside from graveyard fetching. 1 Groundbreaker - Last minute selection for Scavenging with Varloz. Would appreciate better suggestions. 1 Hunted Horror - Ideal for Scavenge with Varloz and the control focus shifted to induced sacrificing sometimes makes it an option for playing normally.2 Lotleth Troll - Where the +1/+1 counters do their best.
