Best way to play infect is to hit fast and hard, so try keeping your creature costs below 2-3. And since you are using green, get as many instant buffs like titanic growth and invigorate/mutagenic growth. With the last two make your opponant gain life instead of pay the cost so you can make your single guy attacking a 10+ infect for the one hit kill before the other player can do anything.
