Galv. Blast costs only 1 mana, volt charge costs 3 .... speed is key with RDW ... also there is a slight off chance galv. blast can deal 4 damage .... all in all volt charge defiantly is not worth it sorry
Except that Volt Charge also proliferates counters onto your Shine and Koth, allowing you to turn your mountains into direct damage one turn earlier
