yeh, 3 commanders at choice.. We usually draw cards first, then when we all have our hand we start to roll the dice for the order of picking a commander (so you can also react on other players commander when you have to choose last, which can be fun). At last we shuffle the remaining commanders back into the deck as regular cards, shuffle and start the game by order of the dice again.
