Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This is a U/R Counter-Burn/Delver of Secrets Deck. I run more control than most of the decks I see which help to keep my Insectile Abomination out there and alive. Please let me know what you think, I am always up for suggestions.

why not dissipate instead of cancel?

The real answer? Because I'm not real worried about other Phoenixes, which is why I would run Disspate, but the real reason is because I like the plain "Cancel target spell" on the M12 Cancels. Lame, and probably a bad choice, but oh well.
yeah dissipate is better, but do your own thing. Also, I play a similar delver deck, and I played turn aside for a while, it was a really good 1 mana creature saver.... probably should be in your sideboard :) ... and oh and its not about phoenix's .... its about reanimator and solar flare decks.... decks that run a lot of flashback.
