Deck Description

Had a playset of Meadering Towershell and wanted to build a casual deck with it. So I decided to go with 2 good enchantments with it, figured it can make a fun casual deck.

How to Play

I want to have a Temur Ascendancy in play as soon as possible as it will be my draw engine and gives my creatures haste. Then you just aggro, drop a warstorm surge if you can which will make things a lot easier. Finally, if you can equip your Dragon Throne of Tarkir on a Meadering Towershell, that will usually give you the game.

It is a simple temur deck, easy to play. It is important to use your counterspells at the appropriate moment, usually to buy time earl y game against aggro, then your monsters will be enough. Otherwise, simply to protect you and your permanents later in the game.

Deck discussion for Meandering Towershell

I know the manabase is not optimal, these are the lands I actually put in the deck, lands that were not already in other decks. The need for a good manabase is why it is more complicated to make it budget, but doable with lands that comes into play tapped.

Also this could easily be modified to be legal in modern, if you play is that meta.
There are many cards I considered for the deck, that's what I went with for a first list.

Don't know what to trade out for the kavu, but you can swap memory lapse with remand, assuming you can afford a playset of them

One option would be to swap the kavus, memory lapses and negates for bloodbraid elves with lightning bolts and /or colossal might. I would probable remove an ascendancy too.

only problem with the elf is that he is banned in modern, which is what i was trying to help you achieve. lightning bolt and colossal might are good for this deck

My bad then, I rarely play modern. Well, there is not many cards to change, so I'am sure there's something to do to end up with a fun deck :)
