This deck is made to easily have in your hand one or two specters with discard card ability, an instant to boost mana so you can summon your specter as soon as possible, an enchantment to deal damage to your opponent every time he discards a card and a sorcery to cypher your specter. I've added Dread and No mercy to have a better defense versus strong creatures.Sideboard is just a wish list.
