So, your deck has seen a few upgrades since the last time I chekded it....Not bad...you have strong cards and spells to slow the opponent down...Mine version of Lifegain deck aims at to be faster than yours but after for example 8 turns my deck will run out of gass while this deck pulls then the big guns.

You have many high cmc cost creatures....but almost no ramp.
get more creatures like elvish mystic in your deck to get those big creatures.
If you need ideas, you can check mine Ruric Thar EDH deck. there are some creatures I think you can use.

I only thought that sol ring was allowed in commander.....that is the reason it only excist in mine EDH decks

Nice one....Your deck gives me ideas to maybe make an Ruric Thar EDH version of mine....i think i will enjoy it...(and annoy others who play against it:P)

consider the cards you have I would suggst look for a white-black-blue deck. it will be really a challange but you hav a good base for it.

If you really fear that then why only 2 counter spells? it would them be more logical to use more counter spells an fight for control type deck instead with life gain.
you use 4 lands(that enter the battlefild tapped) for just 2 blue spells.
i think with that far in mind it will be better to just use 2 more brave the elements than those counterspells.
but you must decide that for yourself...
personal I hate those blue counter spells :P I find them no fun at all. so I don't play them.
but i can say if you really want those spells always at hand.....you will need a lot more than 2.
now you only have around 1 on 30 chance to have a counter spell when you ned it ;)

It noted on the cards. the logo that is colored to say how rar it is. (black is common, silver is uncommon, gold is rare, red is mythic rare) also symbolis what set thy came from. so look in your list of cards and there you can see where they came from.
but how do you know the cards you want???? do you have a list or saw them being used?

I would say the most recent one.....but Khans is not my thing(while i have 2 EDH decks with 3 colours)
but look on what th set holds befor buying an fatpack.
what version of the deck toolkit did you bought?

We all have to start somewhere, i started playing a year ago. i did the same thing then. but now i already hav functioning decks and somethimes it is then cheaper to go for singles than a lot of boosters to get the card you want:P
So for now use the money you want in boosters, booster packs.
oh and i can adivse an Fatpack... you can store cards in the box very good and it gives you a nice set of boosters and basic lands.

I had an idea for a magic th gathering story myself....but not really could find the time to make something of it. (still plan on to do that if i find the time.)

I think 24 is a nice number to begin.
Myself had some mana trouble so I prever to have some extra. But i might change is back later do to the size of decks.
i just updated mine life-gain deck and made it public so you can watch when you want.
Your deck also gave me ideas how to upgrade mine so it can change in some time.

you have no idea how lucky you are.
I can maybe get it for more than dubble the money i think. but out of supply....so i could by a lot of booster to have a chance...but the chance on that single card is very low compare to the amount of money it cost.

you have some cards where I dream of to have, for some of mine decks like Archangel of Thune.

Make it clear for yourself what you want with your deck
Since all your creatures are white I would advise stick to white ass your color of the deck.
for those enchantments and a planeswalker it isn't worth it adding the color and making it harder to get the type of mana you want.
about mana, you have 1 green enchantment.... you have 0 lands that produces green mana.
within some time I will upload mine Black/White life deck so use that as a starter point for hints and tips if you like.
but i think for the base you have now... change this deck into a mono White colored life gain deck.
so ditch all the non plain lands and replace them with plains. and keep your deck maxium at 60. I can tell from past experience that that is a huge step for victory.
also terramorphic expanse is a very good land card...but not in a 60 card deck, only in EDH or commander decks where you play with 100 cards will it be worth a spot in your deck.
