It's a pretty straightforward Legacy burn deck designed to win by turn 5 on a crappy draw, 4 on a good draw, and 3 on a perfect draw. It has no defense, and its answer to Circle of Protection or Story Circle is to kill the opponent before he gets a chance to put it out and have mana to use it. Its focus is entirely on balancing the damage per mana ratio and damage per card value to minimize the potential for running out of cards before killing an opponent. Incinerate is the weakest spell in this department (1.5:1 damage per mana), and is likely the first card to get replaced should I come across a better choice. The Mogg Fanatics are hit or miss. Dropping one on the first turn usually nets a better damage ration than 2:1. The Keldon Megaliths serve to offer a drop of damage if the card supply runs out before the opponent is dead, and are best played in the later turns when coming into play tapped won't matter.
