Aggro! Any ideas would be welcomed so far I've had a lot of success with this deck and I'm also trying to avoid cards that will cycle out in October. I want to keep this a standard deck. I hope that the duel lands will stay if not I might sub in Guildgates. Hopefully this will do well next week during game day I will be sure to post the results.
#1 Pretty strait forward to deal massive damage with the creatures using the Skarrg Guildmage's first ability or the Ghor-Clan blood rush to provide the Savageborn Hydras with trample. #2 The Nivix Cyclops can also be extreamly dangerous with trample when ever I drop an instant or sorcery especially if I've cast more than one spell in a turn. #3 I've also had a lot of success with casting Flesh // Blood (Blood side of course) on the Nivix Cyclops after already casting Burst of Strength or Simic Charm. I've easily dealt over 10 points of damage with this combination. Other things to note:Give//Take I've really only used the Give side so far but to devastating results.The Hypersonics have proven that they can be extremely helpful making both of my sorcery spells move at instant speed is great plus after one casting of Give, Hypersonic becomes a good candidate for Blood.Domri Rade helps to get creatures into my hands just that much faster plus he becomes a good target for my opponent to concentrate on while I work.Ral Zarek does much of the same plus tapping down and untapping is great and if I can get to either planeswalkers last ability all the better.Predator's Rapport is great to use on the Nivix Cyclops as well to help provide me with an extra life cushion should I need it.
