This deck is a very fun instant and sorcery spell deck. It lots of burn for very cheap, and an insane draw count. Decent one on one and very interesting in multi-player games. The best part is that once this deck gets going, in about 4-6 turns, it can deal about 5 damage to EITHER players or creatures on EACH your turn, even up to 10 on round 7+. Plus it's not too expensive, mostly it's Niz-Mizzet which can be about 5-15 dollars, depending on how willing you are to take lesser condition card. The rest are uncommon and common.
First off you want to get any card that can deal damage and a card to draw. Because this deck can deal quick damage in the beginning while later in the game deal much more. The first card you want to play is faithless looting or think twice, then a blocker. But if you only have one instant/ sorcery but an enchantment, play the cheap blockers then the enchantment, and finally the instant/ sorcery. Depending on the player who you're going against you may want to play your cards in total creature kill, player annihilation, or somewhere in between. One key card is Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, which you must play carefully. Beware of counters and opponents taking advantage of you lack of mana (playing Niv-Mizzet on turn six may be beneficial long run, but it interrupts your flow of damage for a turn.) But once you do play him out, you will be dealing damage here and there. Tokens? No prob. Giant walls/Beasts? Throw fire right at his face. Just Be careful of drawing your whole deck, (never actually happened to me, but got close, might be something to consider against a long range deck.)

Fun deck! Izzet Staticaster is a nice card that can take really care of 1/1 tokens. plus has haste, and costs the same as Gelectrode. It doesn't have the untap ability, though.
