If you cut the Divining Tops and the Counterspells for:+2 Snapcaster Mage+2 Mana Leak+2 Spell Snare+2 Various removal spells, Dismember, An Additional wrath, perhaps even an Ojutai's Command, it seems solid as a nice 1x.These will make it Modern legal, and still seem very playable.
