Here is a combo which I think can help you:
Wand of the Elements + Crucible of Worlds.

Instead of Hand of Death put in Dark Banishing it has the same effect.
If you need any help check out my decks for inspiration like Insect Overload.

smc1215 some decks do not need to have team work as their basis lets us not forget that there are now ways and means by which creatures can share abilities.
There are also some decks which do not need team work, but are still good and this is an example.

Look here are a few pointers which can help:

Wall of hope + Pariah + Conclave's Blessing= Life Gaining instead of life loss.
Stone-Tongue Basilisk with Threshold + Gaze of the Gorgon= Board Sweep

Remove Primeval Force that card is too expensive for this deck.
Add Concorted Effort just in case your Hive Stones don't show up.

What do you want this deck to achieve?
Or better yet what do you want this deck to look like slivers or monogreen?

Don't get me wrong it has a lot of potential but you have to decied what you want and not just put in cards you want in a deck.
Come and look at some of my decks maybe they'll help give you some ideas.

Check out Ancestor's Prophet, Deathmark Prelate and Conspiracy.
They'd look good in this deck.

That is too risky, Prismatic Omen is too obvious and easily destroyed.
I'd prefer having this combo and be sure that none of the lands are destroyed rather than rely on a single card.

Thanks for the advice though.

A very good deck.
Play Darkness just in case your opponent still manages to get through.

Good trick but one problem your creatures have small defences and that is your Achille's heal in this deck.
A simple counter or one damage ability will ruin a good combo.

Try using something that will allow you to go in multiple combats with your opponent like Savage beating.

Sometimes it is always best to mix old with the new but in certain cases the old still ROCKS!

Keep it up man.

I'm with the guys on this one.
Remove them a place the following to give yourself the advantage:

Add green to the deck and play the following cards:- Boartusk Liege, Warbreak Trumpeter, Mogg War Marshal, Aluren, Mogg Infestation and Doubling Season.

If you don't understand my idea post your question on my deck called Question Area.

A part form the lands you a have a few singles in this deck, some of which are very good in numbers.

You are relying on only one Tinker, why?
Best to put in four and play safe that at least one shows up.

Better yet use Machinate it is a lot better and you do not need to sacrifice any artifacts in the process, though you do not put the new artifact in play.

By the way put in Cranial Plating for back up just in case you lose your Colossus.
