I would try to focus the deck around something. If you want to control, you could take out creatures, and add some other form of damage in. you could focus on returning permanents to hand, or a lot of discard. I would probably try something with humility & propaganda, permanent return protection and lots of counters. Some things to consider: Mana Leak, Arcane Denial, Extirpate, Ensnaring bridge, Humility, Propaganda, null brootch, manowar, fatespinner, hoodwink

keep in mind that lower cost spells will increase your consistency and make the deck better. I'd take out: orim's prayer, terminate, putrefy, mortify, dash hopes, solemn simulacrum, sythe, panoptic, solarion, fist of suns, vedalken shakles. Consider adding chrome mox and/or mox diamond, lotus petals, humility, propaganda/ghostly prison, maybe night's whisper, brainstorm, arcane denial, mana short, farseek, city of brass, forbidden orchard, glimmervoid, copy artifact, declaration of naught.

if you want me to tell you, i have an infinite mana loop that you could add...use as many counterspells as you want in one turn...use 2 spells over and over!!! Djinn Illuminatus, Dark Ritual + Black Spell = Unlimited mana + spell...good with dash hopes...
