I am not that good an EDH deck builder but seeing that your game plan I believe it is solid enough as well as your mana pool. Good job.

This should give you a deck of around 64 cards standard and playable.
As regards sideboard I'll try to work on one for you in the future.

Btw be sure that when you post a deck that is ready you change the status of Wrok in Progress to Finished so that is shows up on the home page for others to see and comment.

Hope I have been of help.

Now your basic idea is to get Sanguine Bond out as fast as you can so you need ample lands in the first few turns and possibly tutor in hand. So you need the 4 tutors and at least 2 bonds in your deck.

As a basic strategy you want a way to gain life by any means possible so the following combo should help:

Goldenglow moth + Eland Umbra + Luminous Wake to have a pretty solid blocker.
Soul's Attendant + Perimeter Captain are there for you to gain the extra life along the way.

So you should finally have a deck that looks like this:

4 Pridemates
2 Vampire Nighthawk
2 Child of Night
3 Moths
4 Attendants
3 Captains

4 Umbras
3 Bonds
4 Luminous Wake

2 Blood thite
3 Emerge Unscathed
4 Rest for the weary
2 Landbind Ritual
4 Tutors

10 swamps
12 plains

This leaves your deck pretty much empty but don't worry we'll fill it up with some better ones. ;-)

Goldenglow Moth, Blood thite, Corrupt, Eland Umbra, Emerge Unscathed, Luminous Wake, Soul's attendant, Survival Cache, Perimeter Captain, Rest for the weary and Landbind Ritual.

So since you wanted standard lets start removing the cards which don't fit in, now don't get frightened by this list:

Dark ritual, Hallow, both strengths (for now), Contemplation, Boon refltection, Spirit link, Wall of hope, Martyr of Sands and Nip Gwyllion.

All these mentioned cards are not standard and therefore need to go.

Standard here we come... To begin you must know that there are only a few sets in standard and these change with every new set that comes out. Right now we have MG2011 and Elderazi block being stable whilst MG2010 and the Alara block soon going out.

On that note I would sideboard Negate, Unsummon and Haunting Echoes.

Negate is rather limited as a counter spell.
Unsummon is good but you already have Boomerang whaich allows you to remove a permanent.
Hanuting Echoes cos it is a single card.

I'm with TheBreghan on this one, I can't see anything wrong with it.

A good trick with the Surrakar would be to make it unblockable and make the opponents head spin, maybe splash a little red and use a few Goblin Tunnelers.

For a quick milling deck you need cards like Memory Erosion and Jace's Erasure. You could also play Keening stone to make it a quick end once they have a lot of cards in their graveyard.

On the whole looks very solid.

Ok here are cards which are suited for this kind of deck: Shivan Wumpus, Dingus Egg and Tectonic Edge.

On the whole very good build but I fear you have too little creatures to defend you from the faster decks.

A very good build and quite unique.
So lets start with the basics a deck is effective if it is made up of around 60 cards. So you might need to get ris of a few creatures like Ghost-Lit Redeemer and the Moneychanger (he's too old and should be left in retirement).

Then there is the question of whether you want the deck to be standard format or extended. I would personally suggest you go for standard so that you can play the deck in tournaments, if you are going for this you need to remove a lot of cards and replace them with better ones.

Reply to me on your post if you want so and I'll see how to tailor it to your desire.

It is of a good build and would hold out.
A cheaper deck might find it hard in a standard tournament to stay competitive but that of course depends entirely on what kind of decks you are going against.

If you wish to make it cheaper I would suggest to take out one or two of the Eldrazi. For example you could always play with Spawnsire in your deck and some in your sideboard and then use its ability.

It is of a very good build. Might I suggest you splash a little red to play some more spells to get more tokens like Brood Birthing and Spawning Breath.

Apart from that I would tell you to play test your deck and see how it goes. Looking at your mana curve I think it is fast and very competitive.

A troll... wow, it is so rare to find such children these days on the internet. Honestly this person has two profile just so that he can mouth off and rate other people's decks badly.

Hey Irrelevant I am posting up a deck just like yours for people to post their decks they wish for me to see and help with. I think it is the best way to help people if you are starting school soon.

Irrelevant, don't take any notice of bman0761 he/she is not a person who cares for the community which is Magic the Gathering.

I only wish I could help everyone but I am limited and so are the creators of this site (not saying they didn't do a brilliant job). We should just do our best to lead by example so that others may do the same.

I am behind you 100%. Here's 10 ponts for the post to keep up on top.

Sorry to everyone for not posting or viewing decks but I have retired from the games for quite sometime now. I only enter this site rarely now so I'm looking for a way to let people post me their questions or requests. Any ideas how I could do this to keep helping?
