A deck which traps you and your opponent in an never ending cycle using a few cards. The idea is to use Topsy Turvy to gain complete control of the game by playing it at the end of your turn. In just a one on one match it means you start with a new turn and can simply boomerang it back to undo its effect while your opponent is stuck in limbo. In a multiplayer setting it may work but I don't know as yet how much.
