Pure flashback focused decks are rare. Which means the cards used in them are usually cheap. Target your own deck with quiet speculation to throw some "Roar of the Wurm"'s into your graveyard. Its easy sailing from there, especially if you managed to get a turn 2 "Catalyst Stone" out. If that fails, the mana ramp in this deck should allow you to get out some of the heavy hitters out at face cost anyway. Suggestions welcome but please keep the $10 budget in mind. Thinking of doing away with the "Cackling Counterpart" but I am unsure what should go in their place.

Maybe use Secrets of the Dead for more power and Dream Twist as an enabler.
