Deck Description

Liked how cheap most of the "Destroy target land" cards were that I turned up while building my Land Creature deck. I figured I could make a land control just as well as I could anything else.

What I ended up with though was a little lackluster. I couldn't think of a good early game creature to get out and I worry that I am going to end up with some speed issues overall. Win condition is severely lacking and I have almost no hope against a white weenie deck.

I usually try not to release decks that I am displeased with but I figured the community could help.
Suggestions anyone?

Sadly, on my budget, tourney decks are a bit difficult. Gotta make do with what we got I suppose. Thanks for the kind words.

Blitz Hellion's might work for an end game, since you can keep other players mana down so they cant do much about them. Some mana ramp might speed it up and Leatherback Baloth might be a good early game. I like the deck though

Blitz Hellion's mana cost would hurt too much. In its best state, it is 5 mana for 7 damage. I do like leatherback Baloth, but not in this deck. 3 green mana would be fine in a mono, but in a G/R, you never know if you can get 3 green. In fact, if my math is right, it should take an average of 15 cards to get 3 green mana.
