The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
A White/Blue Level up deck I decided to make. Seemed like a fun idea. I seriously made this in like 15 mintues and don't expect this to be competitive in the least, just something fun to use with friends. Comments, as usual, will be loved. :)

I would put in time of heroes instead of the make a card an island, you have only 1 card with islandwalk, really won't make a big difference. You should also put in training grounds for your levelers. Make their level up cost 2 less. quite good if your looking to put some $ into the deck, throw in transcendent masters too.. I'm looking at the same style of deck

does leveling a creature up really count as an activated ability?
yes it does. im making a deck similar since i traded my emrakul to my friend for his transcendent master haha. i bought the level up precon and student of warfare is kinda sick. maybe a couple more protection spells for your levelers. dont wanna put all that mana into a creature just to have it die haha
Likin the protection advice. Put in full playsets of Smite, Hindering Light, and Emerge Unscathed. Already looks alot better. Anyone got any ideas of what to do with Spreading seas though? Seems small like 0bvi0us stated, but dont know what to replace it and Halimar Wavewatch with.
if you can get your hands on transcendant master... haha. maybe just take those out and put in 1 more of some of your level guys. like add another teacher, wave watch, stuff like that.

put in glacial fortress instead of halimar or at least run less halimar. it will slow you down a lot.
