I wanted to do a discard deck that wouldn't be completely useless when the opponent didn't have cards in hand, so I came up with this. This way, I make sure they have cards to discard, and anything they do with their cards, drawing or discarding, will hurt them.This is just a first draft, please feel free to give suggestions! I'm still trying to figure out what I should have in here and what to cut/swap out to make it a clean 60 cards.
