Oh this was an awsome update.. I love Land Grant in this deck and I see your point of Seething Song.. it's rly much better to activate the Charbelcher in the same turn, so the opponent won't be able to destroy it.. especially after match 1 where he will sideboard some artifact destruction spell pretty surely.

I see that the Baubles aren't that effective, they are more of a placeholder until i find a better fitting artifact.. but they're not thaaat bad though, and i love the symbiosis between them and Mox Opal..

It's also a great idea to include Burning Wish to get access to the whole sideboard..

Updated my Deck too towards Gitaxian Probes yesterday, but already got some new inspiration again hehe..

But I don't see the sense of including more Seething Songs, because getting to three mana is not that easy to manage in this deck, not without sacrifices and I don't need 5 mana for nothing. Charbelcher costs only 4 and it's abitly 3.. that's why I'd rather keept the Pyretic Rituals, to be able to use the ability with two mana (cause u'll surely need to sacrifice something to play out the Charbelcher in the first place)..

Hm discussing this, makes me think of removing the last Seething Song too, so thanks again anyways hehe...

Looks really fun to play, a bit slow maybe sometimes and I'm pretty sure Howling Mine will be suicide against some decks, but so it is also a good target to discard yourself..

I've heard it's not allowed to play more than 2 of the same Planeswalker in the deck... you should check that, I'm new to Planeswalkers myself.

Delusions of Mediocrity and Donate is an old combo I know, it's almost the same and has synergies with both of your cards.

Btw thanks for your advice on my "Black Smokestack Deck" !

Thanks for your hint, I answered to you on your "Charbelcher Deck"!

Mishra's and Urza's Bauble are there for Opal Mox, but I like the idea of including Gitaxian Probe and maybe Tinder Wall. I'm always scared of playing multi-colored decks, cause so much can go wrong with your draws, even if you're just including a splash. Playing non-basic lands it's ok to me, but then again a Wasteland by the opponent can be your turn 1 death, depending on what starting hand you kept.

Hey there, cool deck. I've made a similar one yesterday, thanks for your advices on it..

I like the idea of including Tinder Wall, even gives the deck a little bit more defense. And exchanging Mishra's and Urza's Baubles for Gitaxian Probe, but I think they are still better than Manamorphose, because you'll need two mana (which means sacrificing something in this deck most of the times, by feeding Chrome Mox, using a Spirit Guide or sacrificing Lotus Petal, which I usually only want to use for Charbelcher or a desperate Grapeshot) for Manamorphose for the Baubles it's 0. Also the Baubles are there for Opal Mox, which needs many Artifacts to be working.

I like your version, i thought of black or green splashes too. But you have absolutely no defenses, or did i miss something? I'd suggest Tinder Wall, like you suggested it to me hehe.

And maybe some Grapeshots as removal (or even Tendril's of Agony, as alternative winning option) they would fit your deck well i think.

Have fun & good luck, with your decks!

i just submitted a similar one in low-budget version right before yours, check it out if you like..

it's more focused on the opponent itself, but also filled up with burn spells.

Hey there, thanks for your feedback on my deck (Sword of This and That), but it's more of a fun deck.. i wanted it to be as flexible as possible, but maybe your right and i'll need at least a few fatties to be somewhat competetive..

I'm pretty much a newbie brewer, so I can't give you much advices on your decks I'm sorry, I'll look them through though..

this one reminds me a lot of some prot tour report i recently read, very strong deck (archetype)..

but i don't see the strength of cunning sparkmage as a 3 drop. against certain decks great but against others useless and too expensive.. or am i missing something? i almost don't know anything about the (modern) meta so this might be a good choice though, considering the metagame..

blocking your opponent right from the start, with hand & land destruction is the tactic.

spawning fairies, reviving bloodghasts or simply attacking with braids if the enemy is locked down..

bitterblossom plays the biggest role here, because i don't need to sacrifce it to smallpox, nor death cloud and it's also able to feed smokestack/braids while the enemy is hopefully sacrifcing his lands.

It's about 150$ in MTGO price.. but yes this is pretty expensive already.

Considering the Legacy prices this is kind of a budget deck, that's what I meant.

Hey, thanks for the advice!

Don't worry, it's more of a first sketch yet. And it's thought as a MTGO Deck.

I like the mentioned cards, they work great with Smokestack/Braid.

Sinkholes, Smallpoxes, Duress/Thoughtseize would make the deck a lot faster and more aggressive,
I like that. Can lead to an early end if you have only ramp spells..
