Idea is he/she has pacts of all colors, so he can be almost guaranteed to have one the opponent can't pay the upkeep cost for
would have to be at least 2 plains for white pact, and that's too hard to get
What about abundant growth of birds of paradise---something to get you other mana colors? Just in case the opponent pulls something funky on you and pays the upkeep cost on the pact spells.
