I really liked the Izzet Ingenuity deck, but obviously it has some flaws out of the box. I basically mixed together 2 copies of the deck, pulled out the not so great cards, and substituted in some outside additions.
I feel like this simply plays exactly the same as the basic Izzet Ingenuity deck, but streamlined. It's all about the early weeny pressure, then turning almost every spell cast into direct damage to the opponent as soon as a Guttersnipe is out, preferably more than one. The nice thing about this deck is that since it's all about the early to mid-game, it's hard to get a completely horrible opening hand. Of course, against a lot of health buffs and large creatures, this deck, if it can't close the deal before they can get rolling, is probably going to flounder.
