i used to have about $2k of modern stuff, jeskai control, abzan midrange, blue moon. I sold them all off because there's nobody playing modern anymore in my area (From the Midlands, UK, btw)

This is what i would play if i A: had the budget B: wasn't a filthy casual and C: wasn't spending all my money on EDH. good list.

i think on the whole, the deck looks fine. My only major issue with the deck is the mana base. There are far too many lands that come into play tapped, and no fetches whatsoever, which are needed for fixing (they make little difference in terms of deck thinning, despite claims). I'd say absolute minimum you ought to be running a playset of deltas, and 1-2 of each grixis colour shocklands (vents, grave and crypt).

it isn't necessarily fun to play against ;) if you go to my profile, my list is available for public viewing under "Modern Jeskai Control" (Vendilion Clique the thumbnail picture)

if I wasn't running jeskai, i'd run this. love control in modern, deck looks ace and so fun to play (when your idea of "run" is countering all your opponent's spells and laughing at their misery)

I like the general deck idea, but I think a few more 1 or 2 drop green creatures are needed to regularly get khalni out early and generally manage to ramp devotion early. Try avatar of the resolute, elvish mystic and scavenging ooze.

This is a good and very rarely known combo. Nice deck, lovely to see a non-twin twin!

I like the deck, but I would seriously consider removing the 2 goblin arsonist and the 2 slumbering dragon (especially the dragon, terrible in modern) and put 4 goblin guide or 4 path to exile in?

personally, I find that, if you can afford it, cryptic command is one of the best cards in modern. it is a simply amazing card for that mana cost, and is very flexible depending on your needs. i'd also look into mana leak and remand, both of which are pretty key. you also don't need 25 lands, perhaps 22 would be better

this is quite a bad modern deck. if you are going to do twin following the tournament ones is the best thing to do. midnight guard and soul warden are useless in this deck

damnation is a very good card for this deck. I also would not run the demigod, but i'd run batterskulls instead
