Use Sands of Delirium with Cabal Coffers to mill as much as possible. Keening Stone later should it come out as well. If you can cast Sadistic Sacrament with the kicker, you've pretty much milled them out.If you can't mill them, then Exsanguinate should finish them off (or keep you alive to finish the job)Lots of cards to help control the battlefield. (Geth's Verdict, Innocent Blood, Bane of the Living, Nevinyrral's Disk) Has issues against direct damage decks though as they seem much faster than this is.Surgical Extraction and Extirpate can be used to thin the opponents deck, but can also be used just to view your opponent's hand (ie: timing an Exanguinate so that it doesn't get countered).
