I would suggest getting some "Despise" and adding the 4 "Duress" on the mainboard, while taking out "Sinister Possession". Moreover, I think changing "Midnight Charm" for "Funeral Charm" would work very well for your plan, as the latter one is more of a hate card, while it can also help with creature damage.
In general, you have a nice conept of a balanced control-aggro plan. Try and get your hands on some Bloodghasts if you can, as they can be a reucrring threat throughout the game, as well as a couple of "Infest"s or "Drown in Sorrow"s, so that you have a means of clearing annoying tokens.
Last but not least, I would try and make some room for Night's Whisper of Sign in Blood, as you wouldn't want to run out of hand while trying to keep your opponents plans from unfolding.

Gotta love how this deck abuses Phyrexian Unlife and Soul Conduit ! As suggested above, a Spellskite would be a good idea to add. Moreover, why not consider adding a couple of Vault Skirges ?

I own it, but haven't tested it too much. In general, its greatest drawback, is that it needs you to be really careful with how you put your creatures on board, or else you will need an ugrent Domri to fill up your hand. Also, due to its 22 land + 4 BoP, it has given me some bad mana floods once or twice. Other than that, it dishes out massive ammounts of damage, that only scale up as the game progresses.

I gave your deck a look and found it really interesting to brainstorm on ! Check the comments beneath ! (Also, I am apologising in advance for the wall of text, and for posting the same comment three times by mistake !)

Hello my friend ! As I see you really like the "Cascade" mechanic, so I would like to give you some tips of my own to help some synergies in your build (and I have kept them as budget as possible !) :
1) Try to replace your "Signal the Clans" with "Worldly Tutor"s. StC's "tutoring effect is kind of random, and it lets your opponent choose what you get. One the other hand, WT will let YOU choose what creature will be brought up, and it will also put it on top of youe library, meaning that, if you played it on your turn, you can Cascade that creature into play at once (while Maelstrom Wanderer, if he Cascades into WT first, the creature your put on top will be Cascaded by him next and enter play without any other cast required!)

2) Try and change some cards of your choice with cards that allow you to either "Scry" or re-arrange cards on the top of your library. This will help you maximize the efficiency of your deck, and reduce the factor "Luck" when triggering a Cascade effect.

3) Personally, I believe 3 Malestrom Wanderers is kind of an overkill. Unless you get really lucky with ramping, you might be forced to just keep him in your hand and not cast him. I suggest reducing their copies by 1 or 2 (since I suspect you like this specific card, I would suggest your keep at least one copy in there !), so that you could fit in 2 more Shardless Agents.

4) Two cards that kind of puzzle me are Vexing Devil and Elixir of Immortality, and why is that : They do play their own roles as cards that can be cascaded for a strong effect, but they kind of feel off. However, their difference is that, I personally would change all copies of Vexing Devil, for something to co-operate better with my "Cascade"ers (or at least something that still deals damage but without letting my opponent choose how, like Lightning Bolt, or Incinerate), while I do not mind keeping 1 or 2 Elixirs in there, since that 5 life can really save your hide.

5) Try to designate which are the spells you WANT to have cascaded, and which you don't. This applies during your deckbuilding AND during your plays. If you don't want to expose your strong creatures, or cast your strong spells during an unfit time, you need to choose which are the correct "Cascade"ers for the job.

On any other aspect, your deck seems really fun ! It makes use of interesting "Cascade"ers and lets Shivan Wurm give its own shining show. Moreover, I also like how you took ramping into good consideration by putting 8 cards that will aid in casting those 6 CMC and 8 CMC creatures.
Remember, those were just my pieces of advice, based on my personal preferences. Since this deck is made for you to have fun, you are not obliged to listen to anyone but your own instinct on what you believe will keep things exciting for you ! Now, if you eventually decide you would to give your deck a more competitive build, I would really love to offer any tips on that too.
Also, I am sorry if this wall of text got you tired ! I can get too enthusiastic when explaining things ! :P
For the ending, here are some cards that might help your "Cascade"'ing adventures ! :
Brainstorm
Augury Owl
Liliana Vess (in case you ever consider splashing black in there!)
Primal Command
Mwonvuli Beast Tracker (Gets that Wurm on the board/hand!)
Roaring Primadox
Flame-Kin Zealot (if you ever splash one white land or two, this guy will hasten your attackers and boost them once Cascaded, giving you a good surprise gift for any opponent! A good Fanatic of Xenagos upgrade, although harder to Cascade.)
Halimar Depths

I suggest you give them all a look !
I wish I have helped you in some way !
Be well, and may the Topdeck Gods be with you ! :P

Well, I miss a couple of duals, a Sylvan Library, two Wastelands, 4 Agents, 1 Mystic and 4 VIsions. If I see that it will take too much time to find all these, then I surely am going to use proxies. This deck is just too interesting to not test as much as possible.

Thing is..they need careful consideration when it comes to deckbuilding. I am have been testing this deck for quite a long time online in order to pinpoint my best preffered spells , both those that should be cascaded and those that I need in my hand. Can't wait to find the last cards IRL so I can test it for good ! :D

I see what you mean. However, although I really agree with the idea of Geist, putting a 4-CMC creature in a deck where most creatures cost 1 or 2 feels kind of risky. Although, I -will- test it and make the necessary changes if they prove viable !
Thank you for your help ! :)
