are you sure that hardcasting biorhythm without mana acceleration (apart from sakura tribe elder or simulacrum) and casting another mana hungry spell before it. And relying on the fact that your opponent does not have creatures. I think that is a long shot. Duress works against you in this way, instead place something like remove soul, (counter creature spell) to make sure your opponent does not cast any hard to remove creatures.

explosive vegetation and guardian idol are mana accelerators too. i think the decree + bane of the living and the tutor for searching them is enough strong creature destruction!
