I think there's too much land. Maybe take out the Scalding Tarn's or Arid Mesa. Everything costs one mana. I think this would be great to play though.
I think there is either just enough or could use 2 more lands. Those fetch lands are great for a one cost burn deck. They thin out the deck and get more real lands out without coming into play tapped, unlike something like terramorhpic expanse.
I'm just saying that I'd rather draw into a burn spell than a land.
