Deck Description

I have attempted to make a white (mostly human) deck, it works well in casual play but only ranks about 13th out of 20 during FNM. Any advice would be appreciated. :) Obviously this deck is creature based, but it does not have any late game strategies other than Sun Titan and Angelic Overseer, and my Sun Titans draw aggro and do not live long. Then my opponent just attacks with several big creatures while I have to block with a few small creatures. It works fine when I can finish them off early but it doesn't happen often.

Deck discussion for W Humans

Quick fix with late night thought behind it....

Nix the bell ringers and the cathars. Add in 4 crusaders.
Nix the mentor of the meek for another abolisher.
Trade 2 elite vanguards for 2 champions of the parish.

That should help to add a bit of buff to your deck and stop your stuff getting zapped on your turn.

The problem I have is getting Crusaders. And thanks for the idea about the Vanguards for Champions.

I dont like :
2x Sharpened Pitchfork
1x Trepanation Blade
You should use silver-inlaid daggers instead

Go for some O - rings and more honor of the pure, Sideboard revoke esistence, and add in another bonds of faith as well as Gideon if you can get your hands on 1.

Are you kidding? I have never pulled a Planeswalker. I have bought 4 booster boxes and NEVER pulled a Planeswalker. I had to trade for the three I have. I already have O-Rings and I would like another Honor, but I do enjoy my Pitchforks, but I am taking out my Trepanation Blade for a Dagger. I had Revoke Existence side boarded, but I got tired of my opponents O-Ringing my Titans, Champions, and Grand Abolisher.

I feel like the village bell ringer is helpful but it could be replaced with greater damage dealing creatures. They are sort of a waste of mana in my opinion but thats just me. I doubt you need swiftfoot boots and believe it or not you will want the phyrexian metamorph to copy some of your overseeer, or maybe even better the sun titan combo, where you target that out of your graveyard and you get two creatures for 1 spell.

I have considered Metamorph and I might throw it in, but Swiftfoot boots is in there so my Titans and my Abolisher have Hexproof (which is really helpful)
If I had a Giest of Saint Taft I would run a white blue and use the Sun Titan + Phantasmal Image combo. You know, tap six Sun Titan, bring back Phantasmal Image, copy Sun Titan, bring back Phantasmal Image, copy Sun Titan, bring back another creature.

Perfect, splash blue so you can put that in and a Giest of Saint Traft. The blue should come in strictly from blue white dual lands.

How ever I do not have a Giest of Saint Traft or any Blue-White lands.

Eh. You don't need to splash blue to be effective... I'd say just keep on with this. A crusader is insane in it's element. Hand it something to pump it's power and watch it wreck fields. I'd look into grabbing that over Saint Traft. Works with more synergy than the Geist in terms of what your deck is stated as being aimed to do. (Basically, you should look into trading/buying the crusaders. They'll take your deck up a whole level on their own.)

Hope that helps a bit.
