Cheap orzhov deck that tries to use crypt rats to wipe the board and gain life while you protect yourself and your creatures with rootborn defenses and safe passages.This deck is only for casual play.This deck still has some problems against certains matchups and it can be really slow to get the little "combo" out so it will need ajustements in the future.Also, suggestion are welcome!
The main "combo" of the deck revolve around having a cryt rats and giving it deathtouch with the gorgon's head or ogreslumlord and lifelink with lifelink, ot giving it both with vault of the archangel. Then use safe passages or rootborn defenses to protect your creatures (rootborn defenses also copies a pack rat's token, serving as a combat trick or giving you a blocker on your opponent turn). You can also give crypt rats protection from itself with strength of isolation. When it works well, crypt rats can wipe boards, damage your opponent and give us extra life. Another way to win is to kill the other player with lots of pack rats. Use the madness effects to make more tokens while getting value or use the populate effect on rootborn defenses. Ogre slumlord give all our pack rats deathtouch and produce more rats to boost pack rat size. Crypt ghast is here to give a little boost on the mana enabling crypt rat ability or allowing to discard multiple time a turn to make pack rat tokens.
