your missing so many great merfolk...
Might go a little lighter on the creature cards, you'll have a hard time with keeping or getting them on the board against certain other decks. Try splashing black and adding like some gravegill stuff and use rise from the grave or morbid plunder... stuff that let's you lower the creature number and allows for more utility spell slots.
meh like i said guys this is a basic tribal merfolk deck...its all about attacking with this thing...if your looking for more complex decks look at my combo decks, I have some good stuff there.
